12 Month Warranty
All LOUMINA products carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
Your LOUMINA warranty covers, stone settings and breakages, for example chains and/or clasps and other identified production faults.
Your LOUMINA Warranty does not cover items harshly and/or mistreated.
As LOUMINA primarily produces is products in the highest grade 925 Sterling Silver, item scratched, oxidized, chipped and/or bent out of shape will not be covered by your LOUMINA 12 month Warranty.
30 Day Return Guarantee
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a flexible 30 Day Return Guarantee.
We are so sure you will love your purchase, that if for any reason you are not happy, just return your item within 20 days from purchase for a full refund, a NZD$15 restocking fee will apply. Items must be in "Original Condition & Packaging".
Once we have received your returned item and our quality assurance department find it in acceptable condition. Your refund or new item will be processed within 7 working days.
Important - If an item shows any signs of wear, or any form of alteration e.g. sizing and/or damaged or scratched in any way, the item will not be accepted for return.
Please Note - This return policy does not cater for exchanging your items for alternative sizing’s, so please be selective with your choice. As all of our products are of the highest quality your local jeweler will be able to size your item perfectly for you.
How to Return an Item
Please ensure that all items being returned are properly packaged, and couriered on a sign receipt basis, receipt will be refused otherwise. * You may require insurance, please do so at your own discretion.
