PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We use the secure DPS payment system.  All Prices include NZ GST and are processed in New Zealand Dollars.

We have a 20 day return policy on items purchased on this site, please refer to it for details

All prices are advertised in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

LOUMINA’S Delivery Timelines are provided as a general guide and do not take into account possible delays such as payment authorization and/or customs.

Your new purchase will be shipped with all the care LOUMINA can muster and are sent out to you fully insured to your destination.
- Additional charges may be incurred in International shipments outside of New Zealand, for example Duties, Levies and/or Taxes according to your shipping destination. A tracking number will be issued and emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

PRODUCT AVAILABLITY AND PRICING

In the likely event that you are interested in a piece of Jewellery that is currently out of stock, contact us on enquiries@loumina.com and we will tell you when the item will be back in stock. We sometime receive large volumes of orders so items may go out of stock before we are able to upload notifications to the site, we will contact you directly should this occur to discuss alternative arrangements.

Occasionally prices may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. We make every attempt to avoid these errors, and apologise should they occur, however LOUMINA reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate prices. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

VOUCHER TERMS

Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the LOUMINA website www.loumina.com  It applies to use by both visitors to the site and all customers who use any goods, products or services that we provide on or through the Site including when you register for any  LOUMINA Limited services such as emails; newsletters, updates and offers of products.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit the Site our server, our agent's or contractor's server logs the following information, which is provided by your browser:

a) your server's IP address (a number which is unique to the machine through which you are connected to the Internet) or your personal IP address

The Server also logs:

This information does not personally identify you.  We analyse this non-personal information for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of the Site users are visiting, which features or services are most popular and to measure the effectiveness of advertising. We do not disclose information about individuals except for the reasons set out below.

We also use Google Analytics tracking code which allows us to track purchases through adverts and emails to analyse the effectiveness of our advertising - items purchased, region of purchaser, $ amount of purchase.  This is used to measure effectiveness of communications. PERSONAL INFORMATION

There are times (such as when you register for one of our emails) we may need personal information from you, such as your name, postal address or email address, fax and phone numbers. We may also collect demographic information such as your age, gender, preferences and interests. This will enable us to provide you with the services such as emails; newsletters; updates and offers of products that you have expressed an interest in.  By providing us with your Login and Password and selecting the option to receive communication you consent to receive e-mails from us. You will have the option of opting out of receiving emails and other information at any time by using the one click option to 'unsubscribe' from the email newsletters.
